After many complaints, emails and investigations, i finally received my parcel after 3 weeks. Turns out my parcel was here all the time at reception, but under another name, how did that happen? Not happy

You were advertising an item you don't have in stock so I now have to wait for the money to be refunded you shouldn't advertise something that you don't have in stock was extremely pissed off
Your web site is really slow. You can't pick how many items you want to see at a time, so you have to keep changing pages and since it's so slow it makes you want to give up looking.A plus is that your prices seem quite good.
Fake 'free delivery' honeypot style product ads explicitly promising free delivery, but a massive delivery charge added during checkout. Nobody answering on the contact phone number given, and no answer (so far) to message left via website chat function
