Packaging could be more robust

Got what I needed but post service was a let down as the packaging wasn’t quite robust ennough. 4 stars just cos the end to end service didn’t work this time.

Wrong name??

After many complaints, emails and investigations,
i finally received my parcel after 3 weeks. Turns out my parcel was here all the time at reception, but under another name, how did that happen? Not happy

The advertisement was slightly…

The advertisement was slightly misleading on the quantity of material that you were buying. So when the item showed up and was small we were less than happy considering the price.

False Advertising

You were advertising an item you don't have in stock so I now have to wait for the money to be refunded you shouldn't advertise something that you don't have in stock was extremely pissed off

Your web site is really slow

Your web site is really slow. You can't pick how many items you want to see at a time, so you have to keep changing pages and since it's so slow it makes you want to give up looking.A plus is that your prices seem quite good.

Fake 'free delivery' honeypot style product ads explicitly promising free delivery, but a massive delivery charge added during checkout. Nobody answering on the contact phone number given, and no answer (so far) to message left via website chat function
