Nutrisense outstanding technical support

Chiemi's fast and complete answer to my technical question was just what I needed. The Nutrisense support has been outstanding. I highly recommend their company.

Excellent program to monitor glucose…

Excellent program to monitor glucose and educate yourself on what works for your own body. The App was so easy to use and provided great insight that I could use daily to tweak my nutrition for the results I was trying to achieve. I lost 20lbs over the course of 12 weeks using the strategies my Nutrisense nutritionist provided me along my journey without feeling restricted from foods I love to eat.

Wish it was better

I don't know if you're getting refurbished / factory second CGMs or what, but I have had one (out of five) last 14 days. Two stopped working after a couple of days and were thankfully replaced by NS, and two fell off before the 14 days. Also, you sent me emails stating that visits with a nutritionist were covered by my insurance, and my nutritionist also made this claim, when they were, in fact, not covered. Fortunately you waived the fee for the two sessions I had before learning they weren't covered, but I was lied to and I had to open a ticket with customer support to resolve the issue. I can't wait for this 3-month commitment to be over. At this point I would not recommend Nutrisense due to my poor experience with the CGM devices and the misinformation about the cost of the nutritionist sessions. I will give credit to your customer service department, as they have resolved all of my issues satisfactorily, but I wish I didn't have all of these issues in the first place.

My device broke when attaching…

My device broke when attaching applicator to the sensor. Jennifer responded and resolved the issue quickly by sending a new device. So grateful for the wonderful customer service.

I was having an issue with my sensor…

I was having an issue with my sensor not scanning. I contacted Nutrisense via app and was given directions on troubleshooting the app. With no luck it was determined the sensor was faulty and a new one was shipped out to replace the faulty one. Jennifer was was quick to help with the issue and I was happy with the resolution.

I have not had a good experience with…

I have not had a good experience with this company and their processes. I ordered 6 months of service around June 19, 2024. Received 2 CGMs in the mail with NO written directions on how to use or what to expect. I had to YouTube the info that I needed. The first CGM came unglued before the 14 day period. I put on the 2nd one. It expired a few days ago, July 20, 2024 or thereabouts. I have not received any replacement CGMs and upon messaging with Renee on July 22 found out that my new ones will not ship until August 19, 2024, so that's 3 weeks or so of NO readings. This is an EXTREMELY expensive undertaking (almost $2,000 for 6 months financed (BNPL) ($1500 before financing). I would not recommend that anyone go through Nutrisense as they do not explain anything clearly and if I had known that I would end up paying this much money, i would have NEVER signed up for this. There is no telephone number to speak with a live person, only messaging and then they don't work weekends, so you contact them later on Friday or anytime on Saturday, you have to wait until some point on Monday before someone reaches out, and I pray that it's not AI. I cannot believe that I have 6 months of service (July-December 2024) and I'll be paying for it until December of 2025. Also, never received any of the patches to cover the CGM. Weigh your options and make sure that you are CLEAR ON EVERYTHING before you get mixed up with Nutrisense.

Wonderful Customer Service

In this world it seems that customer service continues to erode, but not with Nutrisense. They continue to help me reach my health goals with a great product. There response time was quick and successful. Thank you for helping live a healthier life. Renee you were great.

I would like that say thank you to the…

I would like that say thank you to the support team of Chiemi and Alina for helping my with my question regarding my package for my CGM's. The items that were missing was the alcohol and patch covers for the CGM's. And they were able to direct me in the right direction to receive those items.

CGM stopped working in less than 24…

my cgm stopped working in less than 24 hours. I reached out to customer support and Jennifer was extremely helpful and was able to get the problem rectified.

Nutrisense is always quickly responsive to any queries or issues. Only once did I receive inaccurate information, but it was resolved without a problem. It's convenient to be able to message the support team via the app.

A valuable tool for informed nutrition…

A valuable tool for informed nutrition decisions. The combination of CGM and expert nutritionist advice helped shape and improve eating habits and overall nutrition. After 3 months of using the CGM, I feel a lot in control of how my body responds to different foods and how my body reacts during intense exercise. I highly recommend.

One suggestion as someone who swims a lot would be offering greater clarity over how to protect the device for swimming - the information is in the FAQs but it does take some digging.
