I am very disappointed in the service provided by this company. Although they were recommended by a good friend of mine, I would not recommend it to any of my friends in future. After I got the draft of the potential translation, I found several major mistakes in translation. It was clear the person who did it, did not pay attention to detail, let alone proofread it before sending. Even the name of the person who requested a translation was misspelt. After having fixed some mistakes, they got back to me with the second version of the draft and yet the name was misspelt again...very incompetent. This is very mediocre; I am deeply disappointed and do not understand how they can charge such big amounts for such an inadequate result.
