Refresh renovations project “managed” my re roof a couple years ago now and we’ve been trying to get them to come to the table and fix the absolute mess the cow boy roofer Hightop roofing LTD of Christchurch did. They leave you in the lurch as soon as things go wrong all you get is generic reply’s from head office “we’re working on it, thanks for reaching out” it’s all lies. They even cut their franchisee off so they wouldn’t have to deal with my problems anymore. BEWARE of refresh absolute scam they take the lowest bidder and the worst tradies and when it goes pear shaped they wash thier hands of you

Caroline and I are beyond thrilled with our new home in Levin. We would like to thank the fabulous team from Compass Homes Kapiti especially Gabe, Regan, Dana, Marli and Kate and all your suppliers and contractors who have been part of building our house. Having never had a stage built house before and didn’t quite know what to expect, we were initially apprehensive of the project but we had an outstanding experience with Compass Homes. You guys have treated us with so much understanding and respect in every step of our journey. Our concerns and questions through the construction were addressed immediately. You made us feel that our satisfaction was your priority and we really appreciate that you kept us updated in the progress of the build.
