Work with Spiral! We’re seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Project Coordinator to join our agile software company here in New Zealand. We’re focused on improving health outcomes on a global scale by reimagining study management tools and services. You’ll have a passion for working on purpose-led and impactful projects, and be a born problem solver with perhaps a bit of “science geek” in you too. This is a fully remote role where you will be comfortable working autonomously for long periods and in an agile fashion. Connection with the wider team across New Zealand is done through Slack, Zoom and daily stand-ups. As Project Coordinator you’ll be responsible for supporting the Senior Project Managers with day-to-day project-specific tasks and reporting, as well as maintaining quality assurance across our Spinnaker software platform. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for contributing to the overall success and delivery of our projects. The SNAP Trial continues to hit new heights! We are excited to announce that SNAP recently reached the milestone of 100 children randomised into the platform and are now up to 104. Based on randomisations, SNAP-PY (a sub-study within the SNAP Platform) is now the largest RCT involving children with S. aureus bacteraemia with 182 randomisations to date (surpassing the largest trial to date of SAB in children with 130 randomisations. Thanks to trials like SNAP, the current pool of evidence on how to best treat Staphylococcus Aureus in children continues to grow. It is a source of invaluable information that Spiral is proud to contribute to. We’re looking forward to watching the SNAP trial develop further and are excited to see what crucial insights it provides in the treatment of this disease and the impact it has on human lives globally. 10 years of REMAP-CAP!
