Please remind that new users are not allowed to ask for usurpation, because some experience and good conduct are required. Generally you can ask for usurpation after at least 6 months from the registration (and if you have a certain activity - then a number of edits that demonstrate some experience). Hi, I didn't know that the change would allowed to actively contributed person. I am the main account. I haven't written that we are the same person yet because I will reflect it after the user name is changed, but the same person controls the two account.
