 On hold until 4 July. There are no problems in proceeding with this rename imho, since OmicronOmega was registered many years ago and has never been active, so we can simply ignore the antispoof. Since the user has already been notified, however, we proceed with the usurpation (after one month waiting period).

There is 3 live edit (user page, talk page and redirect page) and one big edit on huwiki. Inactivity after SUL finalization is clear, I do not see any obstacle for renaming process. Superpes15 I would like to hear your opinion too. Vincent Vega msg? 21:36, 28 June 2022 (UTC)
@Vincent Vega: 3? Are you sure? Holden Caufield has 224 edits, in which 66 are not in userspaces, and created 10 pages, including 7 articles, 1 redirect, 1 category and 1 talk page. NguoiDungKhongDinhDanh 21:43, 28 June 2022 (UTC)

    @Vincent Vega: I'm really really sorry, I didn't get the ping and I don't know why, btw imho the target is not usurpable! Among valid changes, not only current ones count (non-minor edits in ns0, especially page creations, are valid for me). In addition, the target account has also created some pages in the ns0 that still exist, so I would say that the name is not suitable for an usurp (even if the account hasn't made any edits in recent years). As written in the notice above, "accounts with valid edits are not usurped", so I suggest @Thecatcherintherye: to choose another username! Regards :) Superpes15 (talk) 21:21, 29 June 2022 (UTC)

    FTR edits except in single digits is a no no for usurpation requests. The reason is it's not just edit but the attribution, which we are altering with usurpation. In case of single digits edits too we should be very careful and should be decided on case by case. But there are some exceptions to this, for example if an account is used only to vandalism/spam and any other kind of abuse and all the edits are related to that. ‐‐1997kB (talk) 01:15, 2 July 2022 (UTC)
