@Pavlov2: Oh, sorry, I misunderstood the question. The difference between Pavlov2 and PAVLOV is small, and imho it's easier to distinguish (from a "visual" point of view) a username written in capital letters than an identical one, with an extra number. Moreover the user hasn't been active for some years and mainly on ruwiki where you aren't active. I would say that between Pavlov2 and PAVLOV there is little difference so, imho, there is no problem!
