Not done @Momodesign45: Su Wikipedia in lingua italiana non è possibile utilizzare questo nome perché riferito a un'azienda (come già spiegato ampiamente nel ticket). Diversa e più complessa la situazione nel caso in cui lo si voglia utilizzare solo su Commons. In ogni caso il nome scelto è troppo simile a uno già esistente (Momodesign) e quindi non è possibile effettuare questa rinomina! --Superpes15 (talk) 08:33, 18 June 2021 (UTC)

  • Reason: The issue is that the person in charge of communication at Wikimedia France would like to retrieve access to user:Wikimedia France account. This is user:Anthere explaining what has been done to explain the context. Sarah wanted to create a Wikimedia France account on meta for communication purpose. The creation was not possible on her side. She said it was not possible because Wikimedia is a brand and this required an admin to force the creation. It may also be that it was impossible to do because such an account already existed on fr.wikipedia.org ([1]). Sarah contacted me (Anthere) to either 1) rename User:Association Wiki France she had just created into user:Wikimedia France or 2) force the creation of user:Wikimedia France. Since only stewards can rename on meta, I used the force creation tool. Except I had not anticipated that it would not ask me any email of some sort... so the account was created, attached to the account on the French wikipedia. And she can not access that account at all. The account on the French Wikipedia was probably created for "security" to "own" the account. But it has never been used, nor a userpage created. There is an active email, so just in case I sent an email to that account to see if anyone is still behind it... but the account was created nearly 10 years ago, so I am not too optimistic. In short... is it possible for Sarah to get access to the Wikimedia France current account in some way (like bold-changing the current email attached to it - not sure anyone can do that)? or is it possible to rename the current global username under an archived name, and then rename the brand new page she created (User:Association Wiki France) into Wikimedia France ? ... the email to use is communication(_AT_)wikimedia.fr. Anyone can help ?
