We have no such practice as you mentioned in this message. We never rename conflicting usernames, this is only done in the cases of usurpation and even in those request, they are not renamed to user~wikiname. @Superpes, if I could do that, I would not ask for usurp. I previously did this and sreward approved this. If I have to wait 1 month for old user to answer if they are using this username (which they don't since it's my account), then fine, I can wait. @Munja usurp: Even if your identity is confirmed, the problem is that the account now has a lot of edits and has already been usurped previously, so technically it is not suitable for usurpation. I would be inclined to reject the request but I ask 1997kB that managed the previous one. Btw I suggest you contact T&S to restore your password (if you have a phabricator account you can confirm your ownership more easily). In this way we can avoid to usurp! Exactly, I don't think usurpation is way to go here. I'd suggest filing a phabricator task (like phab:T272732) to request a password reset or just use a different username. I have accepted last usurpation with a thought that it scrambling password is one time thing but here you are with another scrambling and who knows in future you might do this again, so no. ‐‐1997kB (talk) 03:05, 9 February 2021 (UTC)

I created this second account to ask for explanations for my unmotivated block on it.wiki, that's why they blocked this account too with the accuse of sockpuppeting. The problem will never be solved on it.wiki, nor with my 7 years old account nor with this one, nor with a new account, since the admin unmotivatedly blocked my range of IPs too.
