  • @轻语者:Are you serious? The pronounciation of "蠣蝗" is the same as "李煌" and his/her former username is offensive. I don't believe this request is in good faith. Also Elcairo we can not merge contributions but to an extent this problem can be fixed by doing local renames, but in that case you will lost contributions of Elcairo account on the project(s) we will rename. Is that ok for you? ‐‐1997kB (talk) 15:55, 10 February 2020 (UTC)

No problem for me about the contributions I'll lost on it.wikisource with the "Elcairo" account; Yes, there are too many case like this (now i don't know how many exactly) but I'm willing to recover just the account with the main contributions (like Special:CentralAuth/Elcairo~itwiktionary, Special:CentralAuth/Elcairo~roa-tarawiki, Special:CentralAuth/Elcairo~itwikiquote, Special:CentralAuth/Elcairo~enwiki, Special:CentralAuth/Elcairo~itwikiversity, and so on). After consideration, I decided to choose "-" as the third candidate user name. If the number of edits is too many, then the fourth candidate user name is "IN". In addition, I have two separate accounts named "霜奶仙是傻屄" and "肏霜奶仙他妈". In addition, "霜奶仙噪你女马" is not registered by me. But I don't see this latter in the list of names above, BTW. Could you please clarify the origin for this other username? Is it yours or does it belong to someone else? From the CU data, I saw that both were operating on exactly the same connection with exactly the same device. The reason for the block is that on it.wiki we suffer from a sock master who usually relies on Asian proxies, registering multiple users with similar names within few minutes and using mobile devices (or faking the UA in this way). This pattern looked quite similar to this LTA, especially because it was created manually on it.wiki exactly two minutes after the user 霜奶仙 was created automatically on it.wiki. I have the following records (I translate to English the Italian log):

@L736E: I shall help the user answer as they are also not that good in English. All the information is from my reading of their statement in zhwiki thread (linked above). 霜奶仙是傻逼 is indeed their account as per their declaration. As per why they might be able to create an account, I am not sure. The autoblock should had prevented them to register an account.
