@علاء: good point. Maybe we should put this request on hold until I get unblocked from the English Wikipedia (not happening anytime soon). I am not trying to hide bad conduct, but what I do remember is a user told me that they do not want an unblock request from someone who they do not remember blocking, as it would cause confusion. @علاء: As my Userpage mentioned it, I was in Myanmar with almost no internet access so I was unable to see this request. It appears that in the time PhilEdits was waiting for an account (an accountcreator was needed to create Mrphilip because there was a similarly-named existing account) they decided to create "PhilEdits" for use in the meantime. If the user can log in to both accounts and confirm they are the owner of both, I think it would be safe to rename and transfer the edits from the old account to the new name. A special request to reclaim a dormant user name "Mrphilip" which had been used but one time was made by me, owner of an msn account of the same name for over 15 years. My request was approved.
