ٰIn fact Ahmadnisar was the name of the same account registered in 2007. In that period there was no global account. When Ahmadnisar was changed into అహ్మద్ నిసార్, Ahmadnisar remained idle. Sure Ruslik, here it is. The amazing thing regarding the date of registration. Each wiki showing a different dates. Here is a link This is Telugu Wiki account's preference page which shows the date of registration as 2007. And even in my Telugu wiki user page, I had put a babel or a template of duration of my account. Any how, those days there was no global account system, this created the present situation. Thanks.   • Reason: Even though my images are all public domain some people "out there" prefer to provide authorship information. My current nick is a bit silly for that. Also, as my main contribution on commons is correction of invertebrate identifications, it helps to do this under my real name so people have some reference of who is talking.
    Problem 1: The requested username is currently in use only on it.wikipedia with some historic bogus edits and on that wiki it is blocked. Either don't give me Arp on it or transfer that account to me (this old stuff isn't mine)
    Problem 2: If at all. Ever since the global username change thingy my account on nl.wikipedia (P4b) has been disconnected and a new account (Pudding4brins) has been created. That's fine with me as I do not intend to do any more (serious) editing on nl - if I do, it's okay for this to be under my real name from now on so I'm proposing to keep the P4b account for historical reference and move on to the new account "Pudding4brains", hereby being requested to be changed to "Arp". I understand this could be regarded as sock puppeting, but frankly I couldn't care less as I'm totally done "discussing" things on wikipedia projects and will not take part in any, voting or other regulatory nonsense.

My account on nl used to be named Pudding4brains, but I had that changed to P4b many years ago because I was doing a lot of stuff with templates/pages in my user space and the shorthand made the writing of links easier (shorter). After the introduction of global names (a year ago or so?) I now "have" two accounts on nl, because a new account Pudding4brains was created based on my Pudding4brains accounts on Commons, de, en, fr etc.: My "old" account P4b (which used to be Pudding4brains originally) plus a "new" account Pudding4brains created automagically.
I'll be mostly working on commons, where my account name has always been Pudding4brains. At the very least, I would like this name (on Commons) to be changed to Arp. But if at all possible, it would probably be good to change the name Pudding4brains to Arp globally. But there is the problem with the user "Arp" on it.wikipedia.
Also, if Pudding4brains is renamed to Arp globally, this means that my automagically created account on nl will also be renamed to Arp, I suppose. So, in that case I would still have two accounts on nl (P4b and Arp). I do not intend to really use either account on nl anymore, so I'm not bothered at all by this situation (couldn't care less), but I thought you might want to be informed about that.

I think I can rename your Pudding4brains global account to Arp. I can also rename your P4b account on nlwiki to Arp (the current Pudding4brains@nlwiki account will be renamed into something else). However, personally I would probably prefer if you could just do a global rename on Pudding4brains => Arp. I don't "need" the P4b account on nl if I can edit there with the new Arp account. The P4b account has a lot of historic linking to self that would probably require endless editing to change /P4b/ into /Arp/ on many, many pages. If it is a huge problem that I would have two accounts on nl.wp (can't really see how, as this already is the current situation) I could live with the two being merged, but it is not my main request. There is no official usurpation policy as of this writing, although a proposed document is available at Requests for comment/Usurpation policy (I don't cite it as policy, because it technically isn't policy just yet). According to that document, "Champion" might not be a suitable target for usurpation because they created a page that was not blatant vandalism, and was not reverted or deleted. I have no objections to this name being usurped. Complicated issues involving many false assumptions and assertions on the parts of others arose which eventually prevented me from using it in such innocently instructive manners as I had intended, and I had agreed not to use my alternate accounts, so I wish whoever can use it well will use it well. ~ Kalki (talk) 16:58, 30 September 2015 (UTC)
