Table content overflow in resonsive

Open URL :- ​https://core.trac.wordpress.org/tickets/needs-testing
check between the 1045 to 771 screen size.
You can able to see the table overflow issue.

There is no need of adding scroll css on mobile screen. We only required for the desktop and tablet screen, width between 1040 to 771px. So I made the css for this width only.

There is no need of adding scroll css on mobile screen. We only required for the desktop and tablet screen, width between 1040 to 771px. So I made the css for this width only.
