Updating the approval email to include links to blocks, plus a direct link to their plugin AND formatting for readability plus a quick FAQ so hopefully people won't ask the common questions.

Patch looks good to me.

The only thing I'll note is that all the urls are lacking trailing slashes, but we use trailing slashes on almost all urls on WordPress.org
I don't consider it a problem, it's an email not a public document and it reads better as-is.
