List of all videos with a subtitle

Currently on ​https://wordpress.tv/category/wordcamptv/ at the very end in the left menu, there is a link to 'browse subtitled videos', but it's only showing the videos that have a tag called 'subtitles' (​https://wordpress.tv/tag/subtitles/). This tag could be manually added to videos but is not always done. As this is a manual action, it's error prone.

A page that lists all videos that have one or more subtitles should be created and should indicate thumbnail, video title, spoken language, subtitle(s) languages and description.

A filter with all languages (to select only one specific language of subtitles) would be a nice addition.

Adding a search filter with features like subtitles could make it easier to find content that could be easily consumed by a wider audience and add more translations based on the subtitles.

It's way easier to translate subtitles than create them from scratch.
