In ​#WP41022, WordPress core changed the "Contributing Developers" heading on the About page to "Noteworthy Contributors" to make it more inclusive.

The change should be reflected in the Credits API when credits are updated for 4.9.

@ocean90 Any back compat concerns you can think of when changing that for the 4.9 credits? It'll change an HTML id on the credits screen but it looks like nothing depends on it.
