GlotPress uses user_login for user searches, see your URL. avk-1 is the nicename, the login name is A.V.K.

Thanks! Why don't WP.org profiles list user_login then? There's no A.V.K anywhere on that profile...

I noticed that, but we use a WP.org username when adding a new PTE in Rosetta, so how a GTE is supposed to know that GlotPress doesn't work the same way? Could we make it accept both or at least document the difference somewhere? At the moment, this isn't user-friendly at all :)
