Site Editor animation refinements

Status: Conceptual.

Badge fields

Status: In progress.

Adding an option in data views that allows consumers to specify that fields display as label-less badges. Initially this will be utilised by ‘Sync status’ in Pattern management, and pave the way for fields like file name, type, size, and resolution in Media. Pull request here.

Status: Conceptual.

There are some quirks around the customisation of bundled data views. WP.org Homepage Updates

Status: Completed.

We assisted with light updates to several modules on the wordpress.orgWordPress.org The community site where WordPress code is created and shared by the users. This is where you can download the source code for WordPress core, plugins and themes as well as the central location for community conversations and organization. https://wordpress.org/ homepage. BlockBlock Block is the abstract term used to describe units of markup that, composed together, form the content or layout of a webpage using the WordPress editor. The idea combines concepts of what in the past may have achieved with shortcodes, custom HTML, and embed discovery into a single consistent API and user experience. Naming & Connections

Based on designs by Saxon, we’re working with Dan and Kai to improve the flow for naming blocks, and conditionally allow local pattern overrides inside synced patterns.
