I recently ordered two MC accounts and they were delivered without issue. I’ve been buying from this store for about three years and if I’ve had issues the support staff is extremely helpful.
Even with prices slightly higher than other stores, it’s very much worth it to have the option to receive a replacement if the original order has an issue.

probably one of the best alt shops atm, owner is chill, they restock usually, and they mostly have VIP-MVP+ accounts avab. for personal uses, despite it being a bit overpriced. like, come on, the SFA that's sold are TFAs that can be abused for 1 dollar using bins. overall though, best alt shop atm

I don't usually reply to reviews unless they are negative, I understand I am more expensive than other competitors, but I am always looking to reduce costs and have done before in the past.
The way I see it is that you are paying for a premium for a better support if need be, whereas with kingalts etc you will wait 2-3 days for a response, with a 50% chance they will tell you to "fuck off retard"
I've been using alts.zone for around a year now, and every single time I've been given a high quality alt, and exactly what I've asked for. There are SUPER FAST response times when issuing a replacement, and the staff team there is really helpful, and understanding. There are often restocks, decently competitive pricing, and alts you can guarantee wont get pulled back. This is the BEST alt shop out there, and I HIGHLY recommend purchasing.

I have bought around 5 times from this store, it’s a great place for alts and VPNs, and the accounts are so cheap too! Every time I’ve bought from the shop the accounts have worked, on one occasion the account didn’t work so I opened a support ticket on discord and it was rectified as soon as the owner came online, can’t fault this place

First of all, I bought the 21+ full access vip+ or VIP and I got it but then I did not see the username or the password it gave me a weird Gmail for the account which is not even a Gmail it's a weird thing. If you are trying to buy simple and easy-to-use alts that are full access do not buy from here this alt shop is garbage they take way too much time to respond and the staffs are lazy unlike other alt shops I am disgusted they do not show you how to get the account AND THEY DONT EVEN TELL YOU THE ACCOUNTS PASSWORD OR HOW TO GET IT THEY JUST GIVE YOU A BUNCH OF LINKS DO NOT BUY FROM HERE THIS IS A SCAM THEY DO NOT HELP.
I will also tell my interactions with the staff first of all they do not help they chat with you and then when you respond they wont respond back the staffs are JUST LAZY I do not recommend you buying from here since I just wasted 21 dollars this is actually sad Im so mad I just want to get my money back and my account for free
ALSO!! the staffs will never respond it takes them like 4 days or 2 days to respond so do not even try making a ticket its a waste of time. I just wasted my money and my time and my LIFE! on this DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

First of all sorry for your negative experience. to begin - the "weird gmail" you recieved is simply a different mail login to gmail. There is more mails in the world then gmail to login. This was a separate webmail to be logged into. If products were sold on gmail, they would be locked immediately.
Second of all, you say the staff do not help at all despite me seeing all open tickets doing their hardest to help you and explain what to do. I do not understand what you mean by they don't help me.
You say it takes them 4 days to 2 days (?) to respond, despite this NEVER happening. The maximum response time ever I believe from someone is 12 hours.

Finally found a simple website that had low prices for MFA while accepting all payment methods including paypal, credit, and even google pay! Before I bought 72 alts all unbanned i have also bought 3 fa's all came unbanned 2 were no stats as i asked and when i bought a vip fa, it came with changeable name, no ban history, vip, and level 35. Best alt shop experience I have had.

Customer service was lacking/ product not as advertised. The item I purchased was supposed to be a full access account unbanned on hypixel I only received a fully comp banned trash account instead and received no help trash service
Regarding the service from this person while they responded in 60 minutes the first they could say was “uhhhhhhhhh let me go look” an automated message from amazon has more personality, communication skills, empathy and attentiveness than a real person like he doesn’t really care anyway.
p3 The owner has started a transferring process on the account information provided where in 30 days the account indio will be transferred to a different email just don’t do business it isn’t worth it
Don’t buy the hypixel full access if you want to play competitive gamemodes on hypixel cause it will probably be comp banned products are definitely not quality

Hello,
Im sorry you were not satisfied with your product. However, you did purchase the 'Unbanned Full Access' which is written no where about the status of the account ON Hypixel, as this is what you were clearly looking for.
To solve this, this is why the 'Unbanned Full Access [No Stats] product exists, as hence the name, contains no stats on Hypixel, suitable for making sure there is no comp ban, or similar.
I feel as if this review is a bit unfair, but if you feel that way that's fine. This customer created a ticket and was explained there about it, and seemed to agree, so im not sure where this review came from. Lastly, "customer service was lacking" your ticket received a reply in exactly 60 minutes. I don't really understand how that's lacking.

Clearly you are a bit upset with your purchase. This is the first time something like this has ever happened, and I've never seen someone get so annoyed about something so trivial. If you wanted to play competitive, I would've suggested the NO STATS account, as it has hence the name, NO STATS. I also asked you to contact me for a resolve, and you clearly haven't. There isn't much else I can do for you.

I had purchased a Vypr VPN account with BTC, received the details instantly. Turns out the account had expired, joined their discord server, opened a ticket, explained my issue, and was immediately given a replacement account which worked perfectly fine.
Definitely recommend.
