My online shopping experience with Next is always good. As I have a Next Account I am not required to pay for everything I order straight away, so if something has to be returned it shows in my account and I am charged monthly for the items I keep.
We have a Next Hub in Dumfries where it is convenient to pick up orders and return without the need for posting and packing.
I never feel awkward about returning my whole order, the staff deal with it quickly and I prefer an email receipt which I don’t lose.
On the odd occasion when an item is missing I have rung Next and they couldn’t be more helpful, offering to send another one or reimbursing me.
I feel that there is no stress when online shopping with Next compared to other companies.

Quick delivery . They have closed the home Next at Lisburn Sprucefield and now have to collect upstairs in the Mens department which is incredibly busy. It now takes longer to collect your parcel.

I just love Next , there is so much to choose from , good prices too . I also like their bedding, beautiful soft cotton Deep fitted sheets are to die for , washes really well. I also like the Jersey trousers, nice colours and patterns. Home delivery is the best when you pay yearly. Next are the best online shop for me being housebound. 5 Stars all round .

I was pleased with most of my purchases but the fly in the ointment, which meant less than 5 stars was that a pack of 3 t-shirts was missing 2. The customer services department, however, dealt with it very well and I was satisfied with the outcome which redeemed the situation.

This will be the fourth time in a row I’ve ordered things I’ve needed from next instead of travelling to our closest store as it’s an hour round trip. EVERYTIME they have turned up later despite the “next day delivery” it’s not even like it’s a day or two, we’re talking almost a week. Currently on holiday with our 6 month old baby and no swim suit as I had order his a week before holiday - leaving it relatively last min as was toying with what size to get the swimsuits in.
Will definitely put me off next online as it’s happened so many times now.

Easy to find what I wanted on the website – a king duvet set. Found a 400 thread count 100% Egyptian cotton in dark blue teal. Ordering was easy, delivery was fast and it was well packed. A little on the pricey side but worth every penny. It looks stunning and is super comfortable.

Placed an order 4 days prior to a wedding. Dresses didnt arrive on time for the wedding. Communication was poor, just 1 email to advise 'delayed' with no reason provided & no expected date for delivery shared.

Missing and i have to phone you to prove i have returned items and i am still waiting for a refund sent back on the 22nd July, I spoke to someone yesterday who said she had manually refunded my money?? She said she had emailed me ?? Nope she didn’t, still awaiting email and refund!!
