Ordered a beach dress from Beach cafe, it came the next day & although the dress was stunning (came in a lovely presentation box) I wasn’t keen on the colour way of the dress so I returned it & ordered another dress. The return was very easy and they acknowledged my return immediately. The second dress I ordered is also gorgeous and I love the colour on me - I will be keeping it. Great products & great service from beach cafe. I would definitely recommend and will be purchasing more from this company.

Amazing customer service for European shoppers! Shopping online with UK stores can be tricky sometimes due to customs charges etc. Worry not with Beach Cafe however, as they make the whole process very simple and they are super efficient. I ordered a dress online from Germany. Shortly after my order, the company contacted me and gave me information about the import/tax regulations. The contact person was always there to support me during and after the purchase process. Shipping to Germany was incredibly fast. The quality of the dress is also incredibly good. I am very happy about this good buying experience.

Love Beach Cafe! I have been shopping with them for years, they have the best selection of swimwear and holiday clothes. The girls are great, alway super helpful with exchanges and getting something ordered in if i need it.

Speedy delivery, beautifully packaged. Love love love the dress. exactly how its portrayed on the website. Only small downside is that it really smelt, it was a new smell but frankly unwearable, so had no choice but to wash it immediately. For the price it was disapointing. I would buy again from this company assuming it was a one off experience.

Beach Cafe has a lovely selection of beautiful clothes. I ordered 6 items, 2 were perfect which I kept. I returned the other items very easily in the original box with returns label, postage paid.

Excellent customer service, I was going away on holiday and left shopping last minute! I called up beach cafe and they spoke through sizing and delivery, making sure I got my package the same day! Not only were the girls there patient and helpful the clothing and bikinis I ordered were great quality and beautifully packaged. Thank you beach cafe!

Sadly, I have felt it necessary to continue my positive review with a negative already written on 8 March.
I never received my refund of £250.20 for the stained beach cover up.
I received an email on 11 March confirming a refund should arrive within 10 days which it never did. I contacted the company on several occasions to be finally told that the refund was made on 28th March, 18 days later. The refund again was not made.
I was sent 2 exact emails of apology 1 with a discount code, then a £50 voucher but still no refund.
I was left with no other choice but to raise a dispute last week with my bank as I was still hopeful that the refund would be made.
This was resolved within 2 days, beach cafe were contacted by my bank and the payment was made instantly.
This negative experience has left me absolutely drained just before my holiday, the amount of time spent on calls and emails to beach cafe and to my bank were extremely time consuming, no one needs these problems when wrapping up work related things plus packing etc.

Customer service is good when I have needed advice.
My No 1 site when I need/want a new bikini that is 'different' from the rest.
You dont disappoint Beach Cafe, 2 days to deliver and once again love it!
