Speaking on the gps tracking device itself I like that it is in real time I was able to do a test run on my device after receiving it. just to see on my slingshot the accuracy on PIN pointing the location which was spot on.

My longstanding history with Optimus Tracker established and has remained "above the bar." You would be hard pressed to find better customer service that responds readily and resolves timely. I highly recommend them.

They addressed my problem quickly and when my unit had issues, they replaced it with no questions asked. They shipped me a new one in two days and made it very easy to ship the old one back.

I have used this tracker for a few years now, gives me peace of my mind for my motorcycle when I travel out of state. It's always worked great. The service, however, has been excellent. The one-on-one touch getting it wired correctly when I first bought it, right to an issue after I changed something lately. I left a chat message for them and got a call the next day that quickly solved the issue (my mistake). Always friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. Can't recommend Optimus Tracking enough.

I purchased the Omtimus tracker for my daughter’s e-scooter and it worked well for the purpose. Securing the tracker to the e scooter was a challenge for what I needed and when my daughter was not using her e scooter I could track her by find my IPhone. Also within a small space the tracer jumped around and would send annoying alerts. Ultimately I stopped using the tracker after a few months. When I got charged the annual fee $107, I thought to cancel. I called and John was very helpful to ensure I didn’t get charged again. He also gave a refund which was an unexpected delight.

I called the number provided when I could not reach customer service from the app. I was pleasantly surprised to reach a live person (Erick Torres) that immediately was polite, professional and most importantly helpful. He took the time to understand my problem and was able to remedy the matter quickly and within my requested solutions. Erick did a great job and I appreciate his professionalism. I hope this is the only time that I need to call customer service, but I feel confident should I have to in the future.

The tracker work does advertised I was able to determine where my granddaughter was driving my car how fast she was going and her locations which are approved to be very helpful for us.
