My MG 4 Electric went in for its first service at 9am.I was driven home and collected when it was finished.Everything that was checked was listed for me.Overall a very good experience.

So the customer service is excellent, quick at the desk, the little bus ride to collect the car is very helpful. The car itself was a lovely little Skoda Fabia, perfect to take my partner and I on our mini tour of Ireland. I don't want to detract from these highlights but the main one is.... No stupid €€€€ credit card deposits like most other airport hires, just the fuel deposit, that was it!

It is a scam branch, not a car rental, so beware of dealing with it. My experience with them was very bad. The car was contrary to expectations and not the same category as the chosen one. It was very bad and not safe and legal to drive on the roads. There was a defect in the rear wheel that caused the car to shake permanently. The tire was completely worn out and the air conditioner was not working as it should, in addition to the windshield wipers not working as they should and the car was... There were injuries on all sides. I contacted them to replace the car, and they asked me for an additional 2,000 euros to replace the car. Unfortunately, the left side mirror was damaged, and I informed them immediately. I was surprised that the next day, an amount of 950 euros was deducted from my credit card without informing me of that, and before the end of the rental period, and an amount was left. 2,100 euros are reserved in the account, bringing the amount reserved on the bank card to 3,050 euros for a regular Citroen car. After delivering the car, I contacted them via email and their response was very negative. They blamed me and clearly evaded responsibility.

Unhelpful at all. Booked a car with the information provided by the information desk that we could hire without a credit card. Went to collect the car the guy on the desk just wasn’t interested in helping at all wasn’t even willing to change the booking. Explained that we asked before arriving that we don’t have a credit card and this information was provided by their in house information desk. Again would not help asked to speak to the manager who was the most unhelpful manager going. Basically just said “no credit card no car!” And cancelled the booking and said “it’s done I’ve cancelled it ” asked why the information we were given was incorrect and blamed the lady on the desk saying she’s new!. Any excuse in my opinion. joke

We picked up our booked rental car from Europcar at Dublin Airport on 27 June 2024. We were looked after by a very nice employee called Abdul. He explained everything to us in detail with a lot of patience. He showed us which extras we could book without being pushy. His excellent English was particularly nice, as he spoke without an accent, so we had no problems understanding him. We felt well looked after and comfortable all round. Thank you Abdul !

The car was clean, comfy with all optional expected. We were 30 minutes late from the scheduled arrival time and was late night time, but the guy of the car rental was waiting for us, the procedure to collect and leave car were smart and easy. The guy collect our bag at the arrival and at the leaving time, he propose to follow his car to bring us to the house we rented. The best service ever met.

Quick and friendly pick up at Dublin Airport Our car was a Nissan Quasqai and a great drive, loads of room and great boot space. Price was great and comparable to using public transport but having the freedom of doing everything in our own time. Will definitely use again.

The personnel at the airport are incredibly unfriendly. They scream at customers, stress you out, speak quickly, and force their accents to make it difficult to understand. My theory is that this is done so you'll pay extra without questioning it. If you don't want to pay for additional insurance, be prepared to be screamed at and wait a long time. They will tell you to step aside as they serve other customers. I highly recommend not using their services.
