I worked with Alice for a year after sustaining a significant injury around my mid back a few years ago. What I loved about working with Alice was how present, patient and empathetic she was. Not only did she help make me feel heard properly, but also finally helped get me back into to the gym training again. I'd used some of Davids programmes beforehand, which I found to be super helpful when I began with Alice as I understood what she was doing much better/quicker compared to if I hadn't of used LBB and UBB. Overall a really top service from Alice, which is also a testament to the DGR team! Thank you all so much!

Great contact with Huku since I had some questions before ordering. A fast response and my order was changed upon my request. The board itself is great and I enjoy the videos on their instagram/youtube with exercises that you can do. I use the board everyday during small breaks, since I’m working from home. Makes the day fun!

I personally didn't like this program. I didn't like the wordings used in the hypnotherapy section and the aftercare is full on harassment. Even after saying you're not interested you get so many calls and voicemail messages. I've had to block multiple numbers from them now. It's ridiculous

I had an amazing session of RTT with Isabella. It was to get to the root of why I was doubting and questioning myself, an issue that I have been struggling with for a long time. Isabella is kind, wise, calm and knowledgeable. She made me comfortable going back to situations, no matter how far back. She safely guided me to explore and acknowledge what had affected me, and this had a profound healing effect on me. I would highly recommend working with Isabella Ivory, you are safe, guided and supported.

From the first phone consultation Siobhan's compassion and patience made me feel at ease. Through the e sessions I really valued that Siobhan understood that a weight loss challenge has little to do with calories in, calories out of diets or exercise. She really got that is is deep rooted thoughts and ideas that have created the issue and really listened. I felt like together we created new neural connections to a healthy future. All the recordings and tools really helped and for the first time in a long time I feel like the power is back in my hands with this issue.

Looking forwards not backwards. Nicola has given me the tools to navigate my life to happiness. Our work together gave me the strength to leave an abusive relationship. To leave with dignity and power. I have the tools I need to look forward to the future. I have regained my self esteem. I am happy. Truly happy. For the first time in my adult life.
