The 1st time GLS delivered Frames from Europosters 6 of the 8 frames were damaged. Europosters shipped out 6 replacement frames and yesterday the GLS driver delivered them to thr wrong address and even had the wrong person sign for them and now we have no idea where the replacement frames are and if/how we are getting them.

What are the signs you should not trust a company? - Fishy description of the rules, - Large amount of 1* reviews (10% or more) - Difficult to close account (not to cancel a subscription but to delete it) - Generic responses in comments, like: "We are always working on improvements" or "please contact us to describe the problem (when the problem is described very well). OOHPod has all of them

Selected a store to do my parcel connect return, printed the label and off I went to drop it, only to find out that the shop doesn’t accept fastway parcel connect ( Beaumont Mace). Very disappointed as the website lets you create a label for them. The next closes one is a good bit away

Consistently unreliable service. On several occasions, my order has been postponed until the next day at the very last minute. Many shoppers also fail to call when the selected product is not available. Do not use this service. It will let you down.

Would definitely recommend and use rubbish taxi again. Booked today at 12 noon, and as I was under time pressure they collected same day.... by 14.30! Couldn't be happier with the service.
