My experience with this clinic was terrible. Because of their poor and unprofessional practice, our chances to become parents got ruined. If we had been mentally strong enough we would have denounced them. Not even a star I would give them.

Shockingly bad! Tried to order two tests but the website is so bad you can’t order 2 tests without doing two transactions and paying for postage twice! Went to their online help was basically told if I didn’t like this process to go else were SHOCKINGLY BAD customer service AVOID this company!

I am incredibly grateful for the wonderful care I received at Thérapie Fertility during my ICSI journey. The entire team was exceptionally supportive, knowledgeable, and compassionate. The doctors JOHN and MEGAT and nurses went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. They always supported and reassured me, which made a significant difference in my experience. I visited their clinics in Dublin, Galway, and Dundalk, and the level of care was consistently exceptional at each location. Thank you all for your amazing support and for helping me through this important process. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking IVF/ICSI treatment or any other treatment provided by them, and I look forward to staying with them for a long time. This review comes from the bottom of my heart, and anyone who receives treatment from them knows that I am speaking the truth.

The team in Galway were so amazing. I done the egg freezing cycle and would not hesitate to go back and do more or to continue on further in the future for other options available to have children. Every time I stepped foot in the door I was welcomed with a smile and how are you today or nice to meet you, nice to see you again. The receptionist team were always kind and friendly. I am not the best getting my bloods done but the nurses were always so gentle and understanding. I dealt with Jenny, Sarah and Fiona and they were always such a pleasure and knew exactly what they were doing and so informative, I spoke with Dr. Shafi before doing egg retrieval and she was just so lovely and informative and she had done my procedure today along with Sarah and they were both such a pleasure. I cannot thank Galway ReproMed enough for my egg freezing this puts me at ease that they collected many eggs that I can one day hopefully fulfil my dream of becoming a Mum. Thank you so much I cannot thank you all enough. ❤️ 100 stars ⭐️

Used it for 7 years perfectly!! No pregnancy besides 2 which we planned 😁. So it also helped with showing my fertile window when we wanted to have s baby
