My first package stayed away a bit long. So I asked in an email if this was a normal amount of time. I never expected to get an answer and was almost sure I'd lost my money. But I got an answer pretty fast and they helped me out in an amazing way. We had a good contact going on. They told me my package must have been lost somewhere. I filled out a loss form. And got my money back. Still wanting to try the product... I placed another order and it arrived in good condition. I'm very curious to try the product. Thank you Michaela S. Mccauleys Glasthule relief pharmacist tells total lies. Mt husband went in to collect p Prescription medication for both himself and I. Firstly on Friday relief pharmacist says with people is shop "oh I screwed up" meaning she never did the tablets. Secondly he went in the next day only to he told that soluble solpadeine is not available as it says on his script but you can get it in any other chemist from Dalkey to Dublin city. My tablets say not to be substituted but where. When rang up got a cock and bull lie to say that when busy they can't check but what my complaint is it's WRITTEN on a computer screen infront of them. She then says at 5.20pm on a Saturday evening if I wanted to call down before 6.00pm I can have the right medication as it was over looked surprisingly. Knowing full well I wouldn't make it back down before close. No tablets for me for the next two days. Moral of this rant I have been a long standing customer in this chemist long before Mccauleys toom over. But I'm afraid this is the camel that broke the back no more will I go to this chemist as ifs a total disgrace when the original pharmacist is off on paternity leave. Total disgrace.
