Phoned MiEnergi for help with (I thought) a problem with recently installed Eddi unit. Turned out not to be Eddi's fault at all, and every effort was made to find the source and eliminate possible factors. VERY helpful.

After reading the reviews and my own experience I realize this site is a total scam. I ordered 2 weeks ago and nothing has been posted. All I get is generic automated messages and nobody responds in the chat. The PayPal refund is going 5o be a hassle but I am going to initiate it. I am not even sure if the company is truly based in Ireland as the address suggests. Avoid!,

Order placed 10th July, 2 weeks later all I've received so far is this request to rate! Seems a problem with Genesis order system prevented me getting updates. Once I spoke to them everything was resolved and the delivery came soon after. Rally nice people.

I purchased my weather station from HH Solutions 2 years ago. Great service. In June this year, the unit stopped working, but having a 5-year warranty, I felt assured that my need for support would be met with the same excellent service received at the time of purchase. Unfortunately, follow-up support was extremely difficult & did take an unnecessarily long time in advance of resolution. A real shame, because had the eventual outcome happened sooner I would rate my latest experience as positively as my first. Glad to say, we got there in the end.

I ordered Irish wild flowers, the package arrived well packed with good info on planting. Ten weeks after planting I’m enjoying a meadow of colourful wildflowers that make me smile every time I see them.

From the first phone call , we knew we were in good hands , Michael , Noel and Liam, are three of the nicest, and professional people you could meet , they talked us through everything, explaining in detail , no question was too silly for them , the veranda is way nicer than we had ever imagined, Top job done by Perfectionists, to say we are happy with the veranda is an understatement thank you so much !

Paul and his team were incredible , I had a system installed by another company and the system was simply not working . Renewable Ireland came on board , did a complete review of system , made suggestions how the system could work , which we agreed, and all the work was done on time and on Budget .
