First time ordering from TJ O’Mahony. I ordered a garden ornament & it arrived damaged. This can happen on delivery ….. totally understood……but in no time at all Cathy Siggins was on the case! Straight away organising replacement of damaged ornament! Delivery in a jiffy! Just fantastic attention to customers! Very impressed! I will be back! Highly recommend this company for service & attention to detail! A1!!!

Called in to Fantasy Lights to look for a part for a very old table lamp. Don't know the chaps name but he went out of his way to help me where others could not. What's more he didn't even charge me for the part. Will definitely shop here when I need lighting products

Hello all. I've read your posts and am so relieved I am not alone and others have been through the same thing (although Sienna staff said my complaint was the first they'd ever had). I was promised my blinds in two months which has passed. Now I'm being told it is four months. I have applied through my credit card to have the deposit refunded. Interaction with company has been unpleasant since then. Thank you for sharing your experience as people need to know! I think if the company was upfront about the time the products would take, people would not have cause to complain.

I contacted this company regarding a quote for a fence in a small garden. Paul asked me for the measurements, which I sent on . I chased them up a week later for a quote and still haven’t got an email response back . It is now 3 weeks on ….

I placed an order due to the extremely good value and quality of bags of sand. I requested click and collect and in less than 20 minutes I received a phone call saying my order was ready. The member of staff was extremely professional, helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend Eirgrow due to the competitive pricing, prompt service, and friendly staff.
