I Had my headpump installed by NRG last year and my next step was to install solar panels, as before the hole process was easy from the first call with the sales team, the office staff.on the day of the install the lads arrived 2 hours early and was gone later that afternoon, the panels are working great and no issues at all. Got my new BER last week now a A1 great job.

The best customer service all of them, respectful and direct. I called in different days and I never wait too long on the line, was so quick. The customer service solved my questions and gave me the best option for my energy plan. I was so happy deal with them.

I would highly recommend Wizer Energy for the installation of PV solar panels. Our first contact was with Shauna who was most helpful with organising the installation of our PV panels. The lead in time was sooner than we expected. The panel installers and electricians did a great job. They tidied up the place after the work was completed. Wizer Energy are an excellent company to deal with.

I’ve just joined from Electric Ireland. Rates are much cheaper. The Yuno Energy app is sufficient enough to relay all the information required. Customer service is great. I’ve been on to them a few times and they all seem to be having a great day so must be a lovely place to work. I would recommend 10/10. (So far)…

I have been with Energia for quite a number of years. I have generally felt their service and app good. I am at the point of needing to decide whether to renew my contract or not. I was deeply disappointed to discover the lack of loyalty that Energia has to its existing customers. I was offered a 27% discount if I renewed but if I was a new customer I would be offered a 37% discount ! This disloyalty , given our very high electricity costs , virtually forces me to think of switching to another more competitively priced utility supplier when I would have much preferred to have remained with Energia!
