DO NOT BOOK - AVOID AVOID AVOID I booked an end of tenancy clean. I had to cancel this and extend my lease due to personal circumstances. Since the time of booking, my mother, ill with cancer, had a deterioration in her condition and was submitted to palliative hospice care. Because of this, my whole circumstances changed, I have to go home to be there, and thus not ending my lease so no longer need the cleaning. CleanBee are refusing a refund on compassionate grounds. I calmly explained my position and they are not budging from their T&C's. I am usually fine with terms put down by a company when I know upfront, but I believe this is a very unforeseen, tragic and distressing time, with no compassion extended by any member of staff or no efforts made by management to even give me a courtesy phonecall, simply hiding behind their customer service staff. They are saying that I can use my deposit (€117) to rebook the cleaning within 6 month, but the T&C's also say it has to be for the same clean. But as I've had to extend my lease as I have to prioritise going home to my dying mother over moving out of my apartment - the same clean I booked is no longer valid. It's another way to take advantage of a vulnerable customer in a soul destroying situation. 1 star is more than generous for these scumbags - but unfortunately I had to select a star to be able to post my review. The whole event, and communication (or lack thereof), has been very upsetting and distressing. I was told last week when I contacted r.e. my circumstances that the customer service agent (Leva) had to contact their manager and would again be in touch. They were not, and I've had to chase this up. Quite possibly the worst business I've ever dealt with, with no concern or regard for their customers. Their only concern is with lining their pockets, and are happy to prey on vulnerable customers to do so.

I hired ATB Cleaning Services and couldn't be happier. They were on time, thorough, and used eco-friendly products. My home looks amazing, and the staff were super friendly. Booking was easy, and the price was fair. Highly recommend!

This is not a deep clean. At best a basic clean. It is falsely advertised, overpriced and advised me they dont speak English which is convenient... I will never use this service again and was ripped off basically!

The most unprofessional company that I ever worked, 3 weeks ago me and two other person when to clean a local store in Waterford, the job was 16 hours (that was divided in two days of work) at the second day of cleaning it show up another cleaning company saying that was hired to do the job. We had to leave that day (order from are manager), and since then we still waiting to get the money for that worked day. So irresponsible and unethical company I will not recommend to anyone to take any jobs, and for any client that want a fair working conditions for the employees.

Our gas BBQ was so filthy that it actually caught fire. Marius came to the rescue. The deep clean and rejuvenation he has given the BBQ is miraculous! It is literally spotless! I’m seriously impressed! Thank you so much to ovencleaners.ie I highly recommend this company. 5*
