Outstanding customer service. Due to my own failure to input my correct address when ordering, my order was delivered elsewhere. They could not have been more helpful at ensuring my product was delivered to my home immediately in time for my daughter’s birthday, and were in no way pointing the finger Inspite of the error lying with me. I can see why Cogs have 5 star reviews and will be sure to order from them again and recommend to others
