The store are advertising all sorts of products. When you want to buy one product they search for it on the computer and then.... the computer says no :))) This is my 3rd time "buying“ but no luck....they have to order it. Definitely next time will go to another shop...

I ordered an above-average dish washer, advertised on the ‚appliances delivered‘ website with a 5 year special warranty and at a slightly discounted price. Order was confirmed per email. 6 days later, company’s own delivery service arrives, 2 staff carry in a dish washer. They immediately begin to unpack the machine. I ask: „so this is the exact model I ordered?“. Only upon being asked (!) do they inform me that the appliance - which they continue unwrapping without slowing (!) - is not the make and model I ordered but rather a dish washer of a different make. „Don’t worry, it’s better than the one you ordered“, says one of the guys (!). I tell them I want the model ordered and take a look at the delivery copy which only states serial numbers but no manufacturer names(!). I look up the serial number on their website, finding that the dish washer in front of me is € 100 cheaper and has not near as many functions or comparable energy savings. I reiterate I want the make and model I ordered. I call the ‚appliances delivered’ service line. It is 09:15 am, the office is not yet open. One of the two delivery staff is clearly annoyed with my feedback. The other delivery staff present advises to call the office later and negotiate a discount. I reiterate I want the make and model ordered, not the one delivered. The two staff tell me to discuss the matter with the office(!), leave without taking the wrong appliance with them; at exactly 5 minutes before the office opens. Finding that the offer I purchased is still online on the ‚a.d.‘ website, I call the office at 09:30 and talk to them. The person responsible for order management „is not in today“ and „we have a technical issue and could not yet take down the product you ordered from the website.“ The delivery staff, who could have been told to turn around and pick up the wrong appliance are not briefed to do so. „I‘ll pass on your message“. End of the call. I write to the ‚service‘ email address stating the situation and request the replacement of the falsely delivered appliance and delivery of the appliance I ordered. It is now 1 day later, and I have still not received a reply.

Brilliant experience with Patrick on the electrical side. Very helpful and knows what he’s talking about. I will keep shopping in this store because of his helpfulness and brilliant knowledge 🙌.

I had the most wonderful experience in Conns Cameras. In a time when good customer care and service is often forgotten it is so refreshing to come across it. My almost 99 year old Aunt had a much treasured photograph of her late father as a young man and to say it was in tatters would be an understatement. Somehow the lovely people in Conns Cameras managed to restore it and in doing so they made an elderly lady extremely happy. The cost of this was only a few euro but had I been spending thousands my experience could not have been any better . This is not my first visit to the shop the last time was some years ago and although it was during the busy run up to Christmas the service was still excellent and second to none. Would highly recommend. Many thanks

Was looking for a specific high end tv, eventually found one here, even though it was holiday time, the team managed to get exactly what I wanted, David kept in contact with me, and Michael went over and above to make sure I received my TV and delivered it himself in his own vehicle, absolutely 5* customer service, quality TV, cheaper than Britian, and to top it all off a 6 year warranty, I would highly recommend these guys richersounds.ie 5* from me. Thanks again guys
