US-LMES

This repository contains MATLAB scripts and functions to produce ocean acidification indicators in US Large Marine Ecosystems (LMEs).

To replicate the process of producing these indicators:

Download data from this link (https://figshare.com/s/9d11459baff0618d0ca7).
Place the downloaded data into a folder labeled 'data_to_use' within the US-LMES folder.
Run 'run_workflow.m'.
