The Aechor Plant is a mob added by The Aether. Aechor Plants are rare plants that spawn in the Aether dimension in groups of 1 to 3. They cannot move, but they fire Poison Darts at the player if they come close. The darts give the player an effect called Inebriation, which deals 1 () half-heart of damage approximately every 2 seconds for around 25 seconds, making for a total of 10 () to 12 () half-hearts of damage. Although they spawn on any difficulty, they cannot harm the player in Peaceful mode.

When killed, the plant drops two Aechor Petals, which can be fed to Baby Moas or used to craft Poison Darts. A Poison Bucket can be obtained by right-clicking an Aechor Plant with a Skyroot Bucket.
