FLOWER TAKES OVER DÜSSELDORF! Beginning of July, we celebrated a three-day KENZO pop-up event for the new perfume FLOWER BY KENZO La Récolte Parisienne in Düsseldorf. Based on remarkable places in Paris, the design featured iconic elements like the Eiffel Tower and Parisian rooftops. The grand opening event was truly unforgettable, with influencers and Douglas contacts in attendance. Collaborating with a local flower store, guests had the opportunity to create their own personalized local and seasonal bouquets. They were also invited to explore the world of KENZO fragrances, embarking on an olfactory journey. The pop-up also offered more entertainment and fun: a 360° photobooth and a non-permanent KENZO tattoo station allowed visitors to engage in unique and interactive experiences. Harvest the fragrance, not the flower. Back in 2022, we captured the scent of Dahlias at Plein Air Paris, in Masami’s flower farm, using the NaturePrint® technique. By capturing the Dahlia fragrant molecules under a glass cloche, its scent is delivered intact, radiant and wild. This unique scent, captured in the moment, is then recreated by the perfumers, giving FLOWER LA RÉCOLTE PARISIENNE BY KENZO a spontaneous olfactory identity. Welcoming our New Talents at LVMH Fragrance Brands! This week marked a new beginning for the brilliant new talents joining us on permanent contracts and internships. A warm welcome to the Maison! Our newcomers embarked on an enriching onboarding journey, delving deep into the culture and values of LVMH Fragrance Brands but also into the heritage of our two Maisons: Parfums Givenchy and KENZO Parfums. Through an immersive olfactory workshop, they unlocked the secrets behind our iconic scents. Their senses were not just awakened to fragrances but also to our vision of being entrepreneurs of beauty. In addition, they were also able to discover the business vision and strategy of our Maison as well as the people development within LFB and our D&I roadmap initiatives. Finally, a store visit brought these insights to life, illustrating how we translate our values into exceptional consumer experiences - where every detail counts. We are honored to have hosted the ELLESVMH Summer Party at our premises – an evening filled with excitement and sorority! With more than 100 participants and 30 Maisons reunited, the event began with a conference featuring Fanny Auger, author, teacher, and content editor, who led a dynamic talk on the importance of networking and how to reinvent our approach to “small talk” to create meaningful connections. Her insights gave us tools for more authentic and impactful conversations which we put into practice during the sunny cocktail reception on our rooftop.
