    Migration to cloud

I am trying to sign up to cloud hosting having used other hosting on a separate licence for around 14 years. I have a ticket open with a problem I am having for that, so won't go into it here, but I do have some questions.

    1. If I have my migration files on google drive and share each file and give the link for each of the files separately in the ticket for support, will that work fine?
    2. Will I get new dns details as part of this to update for my domain? My current host (and who I have my domain through) says that updating dns records is sufficient, no need to add new cname/a records.

    Thanks,

    Any help appreciated.

    1. Yes.
    2. We don't provide DNS, SFTP, or Email services. You will get a vbulletin.net URL and then you can create a CNAME Redirect via your existing domain registrar. A CNAME is required to use vBulletin Cloud. We do not use A Records of MX Records. You are free to use your other subdomains for other portions of a site not related to vBulletin. Such as a shopify site.
