Earlier this year we announced that Staria has launched its very own AI assistant called StariaMind. Kiitos Tivi Magazine ja Suvi Korhonen mielenkiinnosta tekoälyassistenttiamme StariaMindia kohtaan, meillä oli ilo saada kertoa tästä suhteellisen harvinaisesta projektista! StariaMind julkaistiin kaikkien 550 työntekijämme käyttöön tammikuussa ja se on siitä lähtien tukenut tehokkaasti Starialaisten työtä. StariaMindin on tarkoitus auttaa myös uusien Starialaisten perehdytyksessä:   ”Kasvamme nopeasti: 2023 palkkasimme 180 työntekijää. Etä- ja hybridiympäristössä uusien perehdyttäminen ja talon tavoille oppiminen on hitaampaa. Nyt kaikilla on StariaMind. Leikkimielinen ohjeistus on ensin kysyä tekoälyltä eikä työkaverilta”, toimitusjohtajamme Artti Aurasmaa kertoo Tivin artikkelissa.
