Splitting "Post" and "Philately"[edit]

Hi. There is the ‹The template Category link is being considered for merging.› Category:Post and philately stubs, which includes two well-populated templates: {{Postal-stub}} and {{Philately-stub}}. I propose to rename the ‹The template Category link is being considered for merging.› Category:Post and philately stubs as ‹The template Category link is being considered for merging.› Category:Postal system stubs (including {{Postal-stub}}), and afterwards create the ‹The template Category link is being considered for merging.› Category:Philately stubs (including {{Philately-stub}}).
