Possible derivative work problem: image is mainly focused on the illuminated billboard screen broadcasting the audio-visual advertising material belonging to Mercury Drug drugstore chain. In effect, becoming a "screenshot" of the advertising material. I previously raised this concern at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions/Archive/2024/June#Mercury Drug LED screen, with no response.
