From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

NotchUp is an Employment website founded in early 2008 as an alternative to the traditional job board business model. [1]

NotchUp.com connects an interested employer with a qualified candidate, but in lieu of the standard recruitment fee, which can amount to 20% of the position’s annual salary, the site charges a flat fee for the interview. Half of that interview fee is paid to the candidate.[2] The interview fee is set by the candidate, and it is thought that this method will attract passive job hunters to consider a new job.[3]
