Redirect for "Turnvereine"

[edit]

Searches on "Turnvereine" or "Turnverein" should redirect to this page, not to Jahn's biography article, but I don't know how to fix this. Ghostofnemo (talk) 12:32, 9 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]

That's right, I have done it. --Oderfing (talk) 15:32, 14 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Turners and the Olympics

[edit]

Although many of the 1904 Olympic competitors represented Turners, Cubertin imported his imagining of British sport on the Rugby School model specifically as a counter method against the Turners. I am learning this from the book "The Rise and Fall of Olympic Amateurism".John Pack Lambert (talk) 05:40, 5 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]
