Television

[edit]

I have restored User:Mabalu's deletion of "Binder was a Pioneer in Children's television", citing the Horniman Museum. As this source gives the date as 1937 it is unlikely to be a circular reference from Wikipedia. I also looked at the BBC archive of the Radio Times. This does not credit Binder with any children's TV before 1947. However, as it lists Episode 2 of "Clothes-line" but not Episode 1, it should not overrride the Horniman source. The BBC lists numerous Radio and TV programs in which Binder was involved. This merits a new section on Broadcasting, probably with a list of programmes. That works - although given that Clothes-Line was broadcast at about 9pm, I doubt it was a children's programme. She probably worked on other things for children though. Mabalu (talk) 01:30, 20 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]
