Criticism section

[edit]

Since the article does not contain criticism section, I would like to propose that it be presented in a more neutral form, starting with the adoption in a country such as the United States of a new three-stage NOAA (National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration) licensing scheme for commercial remote sensing systems, breaking down the problems in the following form:

1. Describe the risks of mass surveillance of private orbital constellations, with unlimited resolution of remote sensing systems due to the lack of restrictions of the new NOAA licensing system and having entered into so-called contracts with NRO. That is, list in the article such companies as HawkEye 360, Capella Space etc in a complete list.

2. Give examples of commercial companies affected as a result of the publication of trade secrets, for example, the publication of data on the filling of oil tanks in Singapore.

3. Give more specific examples, for example, in the case of HawkEye 360, which entered into a contract with NRO, which leads to the killing of civilians by overcoming GNSS electronic warfare systems. That is, the use of a commercial data supply channel for targeting missiles of states that are members of military alliances with the United States (NATO, San Francisco System) or candidate countries in existing theaters of military operations. 95.31.1.150 (talk) 13:42, 19 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
