Proposed for Deletion

[edit]

Hi there, I do not really understand why this was marked for deletion, it may be a stub right now but either me or other people will add content in it later on. I wrote everything there myself without copying it from somewhere too so what rules does it break exactly? Cheers. Staw Hat Luffy (talk) 19:12, 25 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

You broke the most bullshit rule ever, WP:N. Since it appears to be a drive-by by someone with no knowledge or experience in the subject, nor any attempt to correct the issue, I've removed the template. 192.251.134.5 (talk) 14:05, 27 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]
The template shouldn't be removed, regardless of the template being on the page or not, it's a formal process and the decision will be made regardless of the template being on the page or not. It's a notice so that peopler can contribute to the discussion, or improve the page to prevent deletion. I'd be careful talking about people with no experience or knowledge as you are talking a big game but not exactly showing yourself to be above such problems yourself.Dandy Sephy (talk) 22:18, 27 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]
Not sure where to point this out, but Ajin aren't criminals inherently. The governments just like to use them as test subjects. So that's an incorrect statement listed there in the plot. Someone should fix this, and I'm not experienced enough to feel comfortable editing it.Wam9000 (talk) 07:23, 19 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Primary topic

[edit]

When typing "Ajin", this should be switched as the primary topic with the tiny city.Correctron (talk) 06:34, 3 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

There is no reason to change anything. This article is already under it's official English title. The notice at the top of the page for the city is sufficient.SephyTheThird (talk) 12:23, 3 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]
No, it isn't sufficient. People who type in "ajin" are looking for this not that.Correctron (talk) 23:11, 3 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Episode titles

[edit]

The English names of the episodes of Ajin should not be deleted. I don't think that the names I wrote were wrong. Xnehaxixh (talk) 05:23, 21 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

If you translated by yourself and they are not official, then yes they need to be deleted.Correctron (talk) 02:16, 22 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

TV series vs. Films

[edit]

It doesn't make sense that the page says "A television series that follows the anime films..." when in just one paragraph above it clearly states that the films are simply compilations of the TV episodes. This article suggests that the TV series was created first, then arranged into the films. Whichever really came first, this article needs to be fixed to be consistent with itself. --Iamozy (talk) 14:21, 28 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

The first film came out before the show.Correctron (talk) 01:34, 3 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

"Subtly"?

[edit]

The article says "During his escape it is subtly revealed he lacks the capacity for empathy and throughout the series only shows an interest in his own goals, pointing to the conclusion that Kei has antisocial personality disorder.". I just watched Season 1 and it didn't seem spectacularly subtle to me. Kei muses on the topic a few times, and his extreme level of self-interest is really blatant in things like the way he treats Nakano. Seeking second opinions: Any objections to nuking the word 'subtly'? --Irrevenant [ talk ] 09:07, 8 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

New Sub-Pages for Manga Volume List and Television Series Episodes

[edit]

The page is becoming quite long, so I suggest that Manga and Anime Episodes be moved to new sub-pages. Happy for someone with experience to do that if appropriate. Ozflashman (talk) 06:16, 29 October 2016 (UTC)[reply]

I agree the TV episodes should be split, Ozflashman. This page has 63k and the episodes only are over 32k ([1]). So it's kind of taking a disproportionate space. I think you should split by yourself as you are the main contributor to the episode list. I'm not sure about the manga chapters right now. Gabriel Yuji (talk) 17:40, 20 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Caps

[edit]

Netflix stylizes title AJIN: Demi-Human, we should list the all-caps version of AJIN too. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.51.193.44 (talk) 16:28, 22 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
