Robert Cornejo (born March 25, 1983) is an American Republican politician. He is a former member of the Missouri House of Representatives from the 64th District, first elected in 2012 and having served into 2018.[1][2] Cornejo resigned in August 2018 when Governor Parson appointed him to become chairman of the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission, which oversees Missouri's Department of Labor and Industrial Relations.[3] In February of 2022 Governor Mike Parson again appointed Cornejo to Associate Circuit Judge in St. Charles County where he now serves.

Robert Cornejo gratuated from Washington University in St. Louis with a dual major in Political Science and International Business in 2005. He then went on to attend the University of Missouri School of Law gratuating in May of 2008.
