About the file you uploaded to commons (posting on enwiki as your preference):

I love it. But is the music free? Best I can tell, the sound recording was first published in 1977 and appears to have the relevant copyright tags on the vinyl and film releases. DMacks (talk) 23:50, 16 June 2024 (UTC)Reply

A reasonable question, worth considering. From my understanding, arrangments of the works of others are not owned by the original creator. Seems to me this would be a great example of the fair use exemption. I'm open to whatever is right and best to do.--Paul McDonald (talk) 00:52, 17 June 2024 (UTC)Reply

Proposed deletion of Samuel E. Abbott

edit

The article Samuel E. Abbott has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Fails WP:GNG only coached four games.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
