WordPress menu looks like a fail after update to 6.4.3

Description

After I updated WordPress, the menu looks very different and ugly on top right side. I tried to change the menu's appearance via block editor, I deleted the menu items and reenetered them. The same thing happens every time. Is it a bug or problem about my side?

Hi @vizvizka It looks like not all styling is loading on your site. As if some files are missing from your installation.

My recommendation would be to first clear any cache you or your web host have enabled.
If that does not help, try to re-install WordPress 6.4.3.

  • Component changed from General to Themes
  • Keywords reporter-feedback added

The site in the screenshot apparently does not print block styles for the Navigation block (and possibly other blocks).

A similar issue was reported in #59469 and #59489 for installations on Windows, and that bug seemed to be fixed for 6.4. Do you have a different situation?
