Description

I was messing around with WP6.2 Beta 1 today and I was testing out some theme's.
Then I noticed that when I'm the widget settings one menu always dives behind another.

So, when you have the block settings open and want to click on the "3 dots" menu, it always hides behind the block settings pane.

I think this can be a problem. Maybe close that pane when you click on those three dots?

I can't reproduce this in the WordPress 6.3; is this still an issue? If so, please report it upstream at https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/issues; this would be a Gutenberg issue, and can't be resolved in core. I'm closing this for now - as an issue raised in a beta, it's quite likely it was fixed before release, but I can't actually find a reference to it in the Gutenberg repo to verify.
